things I do when I want to loose an undesirable amount of weight..


do some exercise..
I still go to school meaning I have no time to go to a gym for a work-out so what I do is think of alternative ways to exercise:
  • instead of using my car to get to school, I prefer walking and instead of riding an elevator, I go for the stairs - according to studies, walking is good for the heart and an effective way to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases
  • I always tend to do some physical activities at home like cleaning my room, mapping the floor, washing the dishes, etc.
  • on weekends, I play basketball
We know for a fact that the most common basic reason why people gain excess weight is because they eat a lot of foods than their body needs. Foods have calories, and if you take in more calories than are required by your body on a day-to-day basis, those excess calories will be converted into fat!

diet..
The most effective kind of diet for me is the After 6PM Diet.

Morning, I eat heavy breakfast because I need energy to go to school. It's hard to do things and think when you have an empty stomach.

Noon, I always eat a tender tuna sandwich or maybe a spaghetti and a toasted bread.

Afternoon, I eat rice and cooked vegetables.

6:00PM, I don't eat anymore but sometimes, if I cant resist the hunger I eat fruit or vegetable salads. Reason is at night our body's metabolism naturally slows down which enables our body to store more fat.

*For me, proper diet and regular exercise is the only key to get lean and fit! Big NO using diet pills and undergo surgery!
